This is a terrific follow-up to Tom Holland's first DVD, "Total Body Work Out".
This work out is based on a series of fast-paced compound moves (or "combo moves", as Tom calls them). This is a terrific work out and is NOT identical to anything included in the first DVD. I was glad I purchased both DVDs as they really complement each other.
